You do not need to give passes to your customers. They can download an app on their mobile phone in which they create an account. From this account they can start the washing machines/dryers.

We offer you the system with the easiest and most customer-friendly way to automate your laundry.

With our own service technicians and software engineers, we can solve a fault immediately. Our system enables us to find any malfunctions that occur quickly. It is a system that is one of the few that can be operated via an app. User-friendliness is our top priority. In addition, the data cannot be intercepted thanks to the secure connection.

To make use of the laundry, a customer must first have an account with Pay2Wash. After registering they can directly log in and then credit must be added to the account before they can use the washing machines and dryers. Top up can be done easily online via all known payment methods.

No, if they are logged in, the customer can top up online. The minimum amount to top up is €20 and the following payment methods are accepted: iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and bank transfer.

No, not just anyone can log in via the app. You need a location code to start a programme. This has been chosen to prevent abuse of the system. The location code is usually only displayed in the laundry itself and is therefore only accessible to residents.

After logging in, they can top up online. Several payment options can be set up, the following payment options are accepted: iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and bank transfer.
